Approvals
Your system may need approval from National Grid before we can connect it. This is called a G99 application. We handle it for you and keep you updated while we wait for their response.

Installation
Carried out by our own installation team. Homes usually take one to three days; larger projects a little longer.

Handover and support
We set everything up, show you how it works and how to follow it in the app, and your first free year of membership to The Solar Owners Club begins.

From consultation to aftercare, we’re with you every step of the way.
Our site survey includes a full assessment of your property, energy usage, roof space and goals. We’ll use this to design a solar PV system around you and provide a no-obligation quote.
In most cases, planning permission isn’t required. However, exceptions apply in conservation areas or on listed buildings. We’ll advise you during your survey if permissions are needed.
Yes. We install on flat roofs and ground-mounted systems, ideal for farms, commercial premises or properties without suitable roof space.
Yes. We add battery storage to existing systems as well as new ones, starting with a look at how your current system is set up.
Not every system does. Some can keep chosen circuits running in a power cut when backup is included and the system is designed for it. We’ll tell you plainly whether yours will.
kWp is the rated size of a solar array. kW measures power, the rate electricity is made or used. kWh measures energy: how much you use, or how much a battery can store.
